HELP / FAQ

How long is the experience?

It's about a 15 minutes per ride through the haunted woods.

What age is this appropriate for?

Ages 13+ only (no exceptions).

 How much are tickets?

$45 per person.

Do I need to buy tickets in advance?

Advance booking is recommended but not required. Keep in mind there are limited admissions per night.

Can my group ride together?

Each surrey can hold 1–3 passengers + your “guide.”

What if it rains?

The Belmont Lake Massacre is weather dependent for safety reasons. If it is raining we will cancel/refund your tickets.

 Is it really scary?

Yes. This is a full haunted attraction with live actors, jump scares, and disturbing imagery. Enter at your own risk.

Can I get a refund if I’m unsatisfied?

No - once inside, the asylum keeps what it takes.

Who will I meet inside?

The patients who never left and the souls who got lost in the woods since 1923.

Why 1923?

That was the year of the fire at the old sanitarium… some say the gates were never locked again.

 Is it safe?

Physically? Yes. Spiritually? That depends if you make it out.

Will I be touched?

The patients are unpredictable, but our guides keep them at bay… mostly.

Can I take photos?

Yes, but only in the Deadly Photo Booth and times you are not on the haunted trail - cameras are not allowed during the ride.

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothes and shoes you can run in… just in case.

What happens if I chicken out?

You’ll still have to ride back with your guide. The woods don’t let anyone leave halfway.

Do you really keep track of survivors?

Yes - you have the choice to get your “Proof of Survival” at the end.
